THIEL Audio is sold to private equity firm

Could be. I'm from Lexington originally so I like Thiel. I believe the founder passed not long ago. I know private equity thought processes and they see value and a bit of capital can make it a marketable company to sell down the road to a big conglomerate. They are in for the value add sell. Probably a 5 year or less timeline before selling, with a decent return on investment.
