^--- Yeah they're pretty good. I saw them live at an outdoor music festival last year, they put on a really good show, very tight.
 
Assuming that "chatte lunatique" is intended to be a French phrase, then I note:

1. They are badly mispronouncing "chatte." It's not "shot" but rather "shhh...at" - sounds like cat.

2. Likewise "lunatique." It's not "loon" - it's "lune". I can't give you a phonetic sounding English comparison because there's none that I know of for that distinctive French sound. And "tique" is not "teak" but rather "tick' - except that the "t" has some sibilance to it, rather than a hard "t" sound. It is also equally correct to leave the "e" silent, or actually pronounce it. Again the "e" sound in French is distinctive. I've just found a site that gives both pronunciations of the word. Note that both are from France. There may be slight variations with Quebec / Canadian speakers, and certainly from other parts of the world, but in this case the first example (female) is identical to how I would say it. http://forvo.com/word/lunatique/

3. There are many ways that the phrase could be translated - figuratively and literally. Chatte can be a female cat. Lunatique can simply mean crazy. So "crazy cat" could be one way of interpreting it. But chatte can also mean pussy - as in the female body part and thus refer to a female human. So it can have a derogatory meaning as in "she's one heck of a crazy bitch" - or more vulgar than that. There are nuances involved with the word lunatique as well - with crazy being on one end of the spectrum and perhaps unpredictable on the other.
