Walmart Disc to Digital

Just wondering about how they "stamp" your disc. At present, I don't sub for Vudu. Also, its $2 for SD & $5 for HD ? No way will I pay $5 for each disc...just so i can access by way of the "cloud" ? I have the disc........why pay a fee to access my own disc's when I can grab my own BR or DVD ? Hollywood is getting a share of this along with Vudu etc. Next you have to pay a fee for the cloud storage.
Also understand, could be wrong, but bandwith is getting rare...........its going to get expensive for use of bandwith..........Time Warner, AT&T need to make some $$$$$$ (I can't access ESPN feeds by way of internet or XBOX etc because i don't pay Time Warner for cable programing).

There are ways around that stupid crap of not being able to access web content without subscribing to cable. It's pretty much bullshit designed to protect an outdated business model. The easiest solution is to get the login info from a friend with cable. They never audit those things.
