which sub would you add?

Working a little theater in the converted garage. Going with 5 Elac Debut B6 and for the sub, I've just been browsing around. Any opinions on these?

I dont have any experience with either but the Parts-Express one is out stock.
That said Paradigm has a good reputation for reliability.

You may be able to haggle with this guy below to see if you can buy one sub for $100-$150 and purchase a separate amp. I imagine it would sound better than either of the other two.
