Wireless HDMI

This seems to be the newest trend. When Epson released their new projectors (the 3010 and 5010), they also included two companion models with an "e" designation after the model number. That denotes their wireless HDMI feature. That's gotta be a godsend to a bunch of folks.
 
I can see it for projectors, but if you're going to spend $1,000 and still have to run power lines anyway... Seems running a video cable would be cheaper and easier. Especially if you need a line of sight to make it work.
 
I didn't read the entire thing, but line-of-sight is a deal breaker to me...
