WiSA: Wireless Speaker Audio setting standards

I heard about this association from an interview with David Bott founder of the AVS Forurm at Home Theatre Geeks. They used it on one of their Home Theatre cruises without telling the audience, no one noticed sound wise it was wireless. Of course you still need a cord to power them, and the speakers they used were Aperion.

Dynaudio has a similar system but it's 2 channel only. It's the Xeo line. I always wondered what the sales numbers are compared to the traditional passive speakers.
