That Yamaha is a 2012 model. The Denon X4000 I recommended is $889 refurbished from ac4less http://www.accessories4less.com/make-a- ... lay/1.html

For $1000 I recommend the Denon X4000. It pretty much has every available feature that you can get today and you also get the most advanced Audessey room correction software. MSRP is $1300 but you should be able to get for $1k if you look around.
