Best BD Player $300 or less

I don't think you need to spend much more than $100 to get a decent player. I like my Sony better than my Samsung, but probably because the interface is like the PS3 which I'm used to. I paid $39 for it from Sony.com.

that's not a very robust amp. It won't perform much better than your receiver will.

Friend of mine has rooms full of mid 80's hifi he collects and refurbs. He picked this one up and recently finished going over things making it like new. It's a Harmon Kardon T55C with the floating suspension. He said these were called poor mans Thorens tables back in the day due to the similar...

    OK here we go....

I still prefer Panasonic for being more reliable and best bang for buck. I don't know if it's just coincidence or a revealed flaw that I know of 3 Samsungs just recently that are under 2 years old and broke. I knw a lot have luck with them as well, just an observation. For me and everyone I know...

    Speakers for 2 Channel Setup

I spent some time with some older Def Tech BP30's and I must say they impressed me. I sold them for $300 I think and thought they were a fantastic deal. I acquired them in a trade so I'm not sure the vintage, but Lulimet could tell you. They are one of the more sought after versions from what I...

    The end of Squeezebox?

tablets, not sure you can have lossless capability but it would be useful in a room that's for casual listening and offer up other capabilities.

    The end of Squeezebox?

problem is they are pricey for being limited to music only, tablets and phones are more capable that the Squeezebox for around the same money and are easier to use. It's not Logitech's fault, can't keep trotting a product out with limited interest. What they should of done is used the Squeezebox...
