I've just upgraded the forum software to Xenforo 2.0. Please let me know if you have any problems with it. I'm still working on installing styles... coming soon.
Sorry to start a war, thanks to those that stuck up for me. Geographical must play a part in it. I'm from the home town of Gn'R front man, Axle Rose, so we're not that out of the loop but around here no one has heard of them, same for Flogging Molly but I know they're popular. There are groups I...
I tried the link again and it worked??????
Justin Foley, 1:50 into the song is his little thing, short too. For those that don't want to listen to the whole song or for those that don't care for this style music.

Matt Bryne, I didn't know which one...
I used to play just not enough time anymore. If I wasn't on my phone I'd post some vids myself. My favorite drummer is Justin Foley from Killswitch Engage. He has his masters on precision.
There's another guy who I can't remember from London I think, just amazing.
Others,
Andols Herrick of...
I'll take it!!!! Haha.
Here's a group shot of just my Clarion stuff. A few things not in the picture, a APA4320 amp (being repaired) and a DRX9475 head unit, buried. A Clarion DXZ615 HU, CDD655z 6 disc changer.
Also not pictured are the few Phoenix Gold items I have, two 10"...
Re: Favorite Albums No One Else Knows About
For some strange reason I'm in love with this album. Can't get enough of it.
Mumford and sons, Sign no More
Thanks for the link Yesfan.
I'll have to order both albums online as none of our local stores have them. :(
I also went to find Chimaira and Anthrax's new albums, could only find Anthrax's.
Yesfan,
Yes I have the movie. I had it on DVD, but my wife surprised me with a new copy of it on Bluray. I love this movie and it's hard to say why, I just do. The music has always intrigued me but now I'm looking into a CD of that style music. I will look into Sara S'A.
I'll probably buy...
Who remembers the movie master and commander? The music they play with the violins at the very end of the movie, where can I find music like that with no words just instruments?
artists in albums please.
Re: Favorite Albums No One Else Knows About
These are two of the best metal albums of recent years to get no recognition.
V.O.D. or Vision of Disorder
Coal Chamber
Time for that metal update......
This album came out in June and I just found out about it last week. I check their site regularly and they posted no mention of a new album, let alone being in the studio, but they're the type of band that makes an album every 2 yrs and they were due in Jan.
a) 65%
b) 15%
c) 15%
d) 5%
e) <1%
Keep in mind, I'll be 35 next month and I'm a Heavy Metal fan, the breakthrough in HM came 40 yrs ago, so not much for me past 30 yrs. That and I don't like the record quality of the older stuff, no bass.
Question 2. My current mood usually. A new album, like...
I hoard it.
I think the wife will give in and let me bring the display board in. It sits next to her car, so I think her conscious will get the best of her as it serves as a daily reminder
Not to many people appreciate these things and as I've shown some of it off here, it has expanded a bit.
Just for background purposes, I'm a car audio fanatic first and foremost. My brands
1) Clarion
2) Phoenix Gold
3) LANZAR
I also have a soft spot for OS (old school) MTX amps and the...
We have a winner. Congratulations to Kazaam.
Pearl Jam is who it is.
From 2000 to 2006 (except for 04) they made every concert they had into an album. Expensive to do, but they are for their fans. The albums were short runs too, 50,000 copies of each I believe. I got the last one local to me...
I listen to Pandora ~3 times a week on my way to work.
My channels are:
Bob and Tom radio
PANTERA
Flogging Molly
A few others but I don't listen to them much.
