Just a heads up guys, the four Alien movies are going on sale tomorrow as individuals (you no longer have to buy the quad set, so if your like me who only want the first and second movies.) I felt the third and fourth sucked, hence why I didn't want to waste my money on the quad set for two movies I would never watch. btw Fry's has all four movies for 14.99/ea starting tomorrow May 10, 2011.

Doing some research it turns out the movies have all been remastered to 4k resolution master copies then transferred to 1080p resolution. DTS-MA audio and just plain "Let's Rock" kinda action.
 
Tested out both blurays PQ is outstanding for such old movies and the lossless audio really intensified the drama and creepiness factor. It's been years since this movie made me jump. But hearing new sounds made my jump on more than one occasion. Worth the 15.00/ea. (actually 5.00 cause I sold my DVDs for 10.00/ea. )
