B&W M-1 speakers

Anyone know anything about these? Haven't heard them yet so now sure how they sound and if it's even something worth investigating. Need something smaller for my setup. Those Klipsch are just too big. Debating on going with something like this or just going with 4 of the 600 series bookshelves and a center. Opinions/advice?

I seem to recall that they were "good but not great"... but I haven't heard them.

ANother option that I thought got some good reviews for that price range and size were the Usher S-520's (Link)

I'll check those out too. Might have to head to Atlanta and check out the B&W lineup and see how the M-1's and the 600 series sound. The Klipsch I have are really big and they don't fit into the house layout that well. I thought about in-ceiling speakers, but the ceilings are up to 22 ft in some parts of the room where all this is. Plus the fact that the attic is very narrow in that part of the house makes it kinda difficult to get up there to install wiring.

I miss my last house. A whole floor dedicated to my theater. Nothing was too big there. :-(
