This apparently is from a Russian tour in the 80's. The authorities left the lights on the audience to keep an eye on everyone, and Billy loses it. Damn.
That was freakin awesome! I'd never seen it before. At least the song he lost it on was from "Glass Houses", so it almost kind of rocked. Though I think it would've been funny if he had flipped out while performing "James" or some other laid back tune.
