I know this is totally lame, but... it's just who I am.

I'm looking for something to buy for the office so that our staff can listen to "webinars" online without interfering with their cubemates. Some already have a set they bring to work, but some don't.

So, my requirements:
  1. The need to be cheap (<$15)
The need to be reasonably durable
They can't be completely noise isolating
They will be shared, so no IEM's -- cuz that's just gross
They need to sound at least reasonably decent
They should probably be a normal 'headset' rather than the ear-clip-whatever types

So, probably I could probably just go on amazon and throw a dart in my price range, but if someone had already done some research already....
