Disney, recycled.

wow, never thought of it. sad as you mentioned botch.

Sad?
All of that art is hand drawn. It's not disappointing or sad (to me) that the studio used key frames from previous movies as references. It's one of the reasons that Disney films looks like Disney films even though they've used several art directors.

Yeah, and they used the same voices in some of those films too. :p

I agree with T7.

true, but to me it felt a bit like tracing over the previous patterns in a way. as you said, they are key frames and is pretty much distinct to Disney films. why would they do it, I don't know.

is it similar to what Michael bay did with some of his movies? maybe, maybe not. or maybe using the same significant pattern for comics, and retracing a blockbuster for the same reason Disney did.

So?

I assume you liked the movies. Why are you sad because a few scenes are identical? You weren't sad when you originally saw them. Would you be sad to learn that sound effects are recycled?

For the studios art is work and it only makes sense to do that work as efficiently as possible.

I think it's sad that people attribute those stories to Disney in the first place.

interesting... never saw a connection before.
Don't care if they did or not... it still works for me

towen what do you want me to say then? i dont understand what you want me to say then, or even admit.

i didnt say or mean to say sad like a tweeting instagramming teenager, and dont really need to expound further about it.

it was a simple reaction. would you like me to retract it? fine. i really dont get why the fuck you're riding me on such a shallow topic.

Not riding you... trying to figure out why your sad. You don't want to respond/expound then don't.
I'm asking because your comment implies that the people who worked hard on those projects were lazy and somehow cheated the audience. I'm just trying to make sense of that.

yes because what i said discredits their efforts and hard work? how does an emotion implicate such manner? if i mentioned it was cheating, and/or said that they worked the system, wouldve been a bit more towards your theory. but this was just a simple reaction to it. i guess since botch was disappointed he MUSTVE meant the SAME thing.

there is no need to over engineer it or analyze it.

I saw a porno once of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I seem to recall vast differences between that version and Disney's version.
