Drum Solo - Carter Beauford GoPro

I've been a HUGE fan of Carter Beauford for years and think he is one of the top drummers of his time (drumset). This is such a unique point of view and helps you realize how impressive he is. This clip is an intro to one of their songs, so it's not like a typical drum solo with lots of grooves.

Very cool

Thanks for posting. Since I have no musical talent I always appreciate seeing those that do.

Cool...but one has to ask, "Why not the typical headmount?"
This is definitely one of the older GoPro cameras/videos (Hero 2 I think). They didn't
have the true bevy of mounts at the time and a head mount would not have given that "immersive"
feel and view of his hands. The chest mount was released around the time of the Hero 3 or 3+.

Good stuff...

The cymbal above the left ride looks like it's 8ft away from him, lol.

Pretty cool video. His solo sounded a little like the one he did on the Live at Red Rocks album. I love to watch him play. He kinda reminds me of Dennis Chambers.

GoPro chinmount + pr0n director* = Wealthy Botch
