Any of you know much about Emotiva's latest offerings? I think I heard somewhere that their latest offerings, were not as good as the stuff from a few years back.
They have some really nice discounts on gear right now.

What specifically are you looking for?

There is a guy on the AVS Forum that had a major malfunction of there latest Pre/Pro, That damaged some of his other gear.

Nothing in particular right now. A new pre/pro is on my future upgrade list though.

I was dangerously close to getting an Emotiva processor a few years ago. I canceled my preorder after there were multiple production and shipping delays and I’m glad I did. The units that did ship required multiple firmware updates that were very NOT easy to execute. Not long after I and, I assume, everyone on the emotiva customer database got a few spam emails from a disgruntled employee just trashing the company.
It may be unfair but I wrote Emotiva off my list of companies to betaken seriously after that drama.
