'k, will look/listen. Sounds interesting...

I don't mind Extreme. I have their 21st Century Masteres compilation CD.

I remember reading about Nuno Bettencourt years ago in the guitar magazines. I was just a dumb kid back then, but I recall he had his own guitar (Washburn, maybe?) and was written about mostly positively in the magazines; but I also think a lot of people didn't care much for Nuno. Wanted to discredit him. Not sure if it was because they hated the acoustic ballad "More Than Words". Or if they just figured he shouldn't be in the same conversation as Eddie and Vai. Or maybe they just hated Nuno for whatever reason?

The rhythm guitarist in my last band, Puddlestone, had the acoustic part for "Hole Hearted" down pat, and we nailed the 4-part harmonies; sure wish I had a recording of us doing it.

The Extreme version will have to do (they weren't too shabby either... :angelic-green: ):

This really put a smile on my face this morning! :handgestures-thumbup: :music-listening:

Always kinda dug Extreme. Decadence Dance was the first song of theirs I ever heard on MTV on Headbangers Ball. More Than Words certainly pigeon holed them and Hole Hearted, which I love, is kinda ballady too, but those guys ROCK.
