Film Grain! WTF???

I think I am still with Haywood.
I've been watching a lot of old westerns and that old film look is great.
 
In the end, the presence or lack of any type of effects aren’t going to make up for a shitty story, crappy acting or poor direction.
 
kinda got the same reaction with generation kill, thats why i kinda didnt buy it, nor other movies that have an intentionally high amount of grain.

snatch, on the other hand, looks as good as my memory reminds me of.

funny, seeing other movies that were remastered and re-released are so different from each other. case in point was the matrix.
