As for the OP, check out a guy named Steve Acho (preferably on iTunes rather than YouTube).
 
Africa and Linger were my favorites. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the harmonies were on Africa and then I listened to Linger and holy shit.

That and Brenda is pretty damned easy on the eyes too.
