Tonight the greatest radio station on earth, WRFL 88.1 FM Lexington, Kentucky, is playing FZ's Roxy and Elsewhere in its entirety.
This is a really good album. It is fun throughout. And even when it's not great, it's still pretty dang good. It has some of my favorite musicians who played with FZ. I love the stuff he did with Napoleon Murphy Brock and Ruth Underwood.
I think this album ought to be mentioned more often when people ask: What Zappa should I start with?
