George Michael Dead at 53

Yup, 2016 strikes again. Wasn't going to go out quietly I suppose. I have always been a fan of George Michael. I still remember making out with Sue Clark on the dance floor at the NCO club while dancing to Careless Whisper.

Bummer. I was hoping this year would just go away as so many talented artists are leaving us. Then I read about George Michael's passing.


Hey Death....if you're putting a band together why can't you take the "artists" and pick Kanye, Beiber, etc.? This mass extinction within the music industry we've seen this year is just depressing!

^ I couldn't agree more!

I am off today so I was able to watch & read more on my iPad than normal. Read several articles about George and his life struggles. Depression, the loss of his mother and partner, passing away very close together. His coming out and all the struggles that went with that. So sad & so young for such a talented man. He wrote all of his own music. I hope he is singing in heaven with all of those he had missed so much.
