Hi-speed video: cymbal crash

There used to be a show called Time Warp that was on Discovery Channel. They would film all sorts of things on HD hi-speed cameras. Some of the stuff they caught was pretty cool. One episode had Metallica on it and they filmed one of Lar's cymbals as he hit it. They also filmed James Hetfield as he would sing into a microphone. Pretty gross, as I did not realize so much spit would fly from a vocalist's mouth when singing.
Another episode had these two female flame spitters (or what ever they call those folks that spit flammable liquids into a open flame). Those girls looked pretty hot (no pun intended). Another cool one was a filming a pro skate boarder doing all sorts of tricks.
