His movies have been hit or miss lately. This one looks promising but I have had that same thought before will have to wait and see... due out this Summer I think.

 
Can't say I am a fan of any of his movies.
Definitely a spotty resume and heavily dependent on gimmicks which either work or fail miserably IMO. Last ones I kinda liked were Split (although admittedly mainly for James McAvoy's multi character performance) and Devil which he wrote but did not actually direct. He's like Quentin Tarantino to me in that way. Sometimes he has a good idea which would probably be better carried out by others. They both tend to ruin their own films more often then not... either with heavy handed direction or by actually insisting on "acting" in the film.
