Stoopid me. I didn’t realize that 4K content required an higher tier plan on Netflix. I’d been satisfied by the picture quality of Netflix content but didn’t think (what I thought was) 4K content looked any better than HD. I assumed this was because my only 4K sets are on the low end of the prestige scale. Then I happened to stumble on some 4K HDR trailers on the Xbox store and thought they looked so, so much better than the Netflix streams.

Well... I just tonight realized I’m only paying for and getting HD streams from Netflix. No wonder the PQ was a little underwhelming.

I’m definitely going to need to increase my bandwidth now that we’re cancelling regular TV service.

Yes, I use the Ultra package as well. Just watching a couple of shows and I was like wow! Worth the premium IMO
