The reason I began using headphones is I finally setup a desktop at home after years of only using laptops. Dual screens made my life so much easier as a teacher since I can have my grade book on one side and grade student work on the other screen.

Hey guys. I know it's been a while since I was last in here. I'm finally getting some time off in the next few weeks and I'm not working this summer.

To make a long story short, I got an Oppo PM-3 for my birthday last year and since that time I have slowly gotten into portable headphone amps, DAC/Amp combos and gotten several headphones. It feels weird after not being here for quite some time. So currently my EDC setup is a Master & Dynamic MH30 and Sony MDR 1A, Fiio A5 amp, and a Dragonfly black connected to my iPhone. I'm waiting on the Modi 2 to come in tomorrow since I got the Magni 3 last week and I think they will stay on my desktop with the Oppo PM-3 or B&W P7. I still carry the Schiit Fulla 2 with my MacBook Air. My current BT headphone is the Audio Technica ATHDSR7BT. I'm reading Flint's post on the AudioTechnica BT DAC/Amp and that may be on the list of stuff to get. I currently use the Fiio BTR10 with Final's E-2000 earbuds. In less than a year I have accumulated around 8 headphones. So I'll probably end up selling the ones I don't really use that often.

Great to see you here, APC!

My current headphone rig is: Yulong Audio Sabre DA8 (using DAC only, not the amp), WooAudio WA6 tube amp, and Beyerdynamic T1 headphones. I think the high-impedance headphones like the T1 work particularly well with tube amps. I also have a heavily modded Denon D5000 that I use a lot, but it works better with ss amps IMHO.
 
Decided to pair the Fiio E10K with a SMSL T2 2X6J9 hybrid tube headphone amp.

At home this is my desktop. Will be replacing Fulla 2 with the Modi 2 and Magni 3. Just waiting on Modi 2 to arrive tomorrow.
