If you are a fan of Katherine Jenkins then you must see this performance on Blu-ray if you've not done so already.
If you are not a fan then there's either something wrong with you, or you've never heard of her before (meaning you've lived a very sheltered life - so far!)
The DTS Master Audio is superb on this one. I am amazed at how well she was miked - and how crystal clear her incredible voice is. The band / orchestra / guest musicians are first rate - as is the sound.
Video is very good although some shots looked like they had no depth of field meaning that only Katherine was in focus at the time. Which is not really a bad thing since she is so stunning to look at!
It's really hard to choose a highlight from so many great numbers but her "circus" scene in "Angel" is great. (Watch the featurette on it.) Which reminds me to say that this is not just a concert but rather more like a grand musical with great staging.
Musically her cover of Evanescence's "Bring Me To Life" gave me the chills. The woman can sing!
