Marantz AV7005 & MM7055 amp

Just wondering if anyone has a Marantz AV7005 pre-pro ?

$1100 factory refurbed w/2 yr warranty.
These pre-pro's have been out since the 1st part of 2011 for $1600. Not much of a drop in price. Also wondering if anyone has the MM7055 amp. I have a MM9000 that has served me well which I'm using w/Rotel RSP-1066 pre-pro.
I'm not buying for awhile but really like what I read about the AV7005.
Just dreaming my friends........along with a new display for the family room.

A buddy of mine picked up a used AV7005 about a month ago. It's a nice unit.

They are supposed to be superb.

I would buy one in a second if I weren't strapped for cash.

My daughter blew up my wifes car 2 weeks ago and I had to put a new motor in it. My boat is also broken and we are scheduled to leave friday for a week long boating vacation.

No new toys for me.

I'm like you Randy......money is hard to comeby in our household as well right now. I will be getting SS starting this November & will also get SS for my 13 yr old son until he is 18 (he will be using that up real fast but that will help alot). School, band, drums, lunch, etc costs are out of this world....but if we were illegals....that would all be free.... :angry-cussingblack:
