Marantz SR-8015 11CH DTS:X Pro AV Receiver

I am just fed up with the handshake crap. I have to repower my Marantz when switching inputs. The sound drops out. Their customer service was a joke, when I got a hold of them.

I am thinking about getting a Anthem pre/pro with a Emotiva 7 channel amp.

Word on the Forums is Emotiva customer service is Horrible. Plus some chatter about not standing behind their products.
It I was going to go amp I'd look at Monoprice/Monolith who's amps are made by ATI or Outlaw

I have heard the same thing.

I believe Customer "Service" may be a thing of the past.

I've had no issues with my SR-6010 other than losing a line-out for one of my surrounds. I may or may not bother fixing it, as I can just as easily run the surrounds off the receiver.
