Another Christmas...another purchase!! I ordered the Simagic Alpha and the Simagic GT Pro Round wheel with dual clutch. Wheel wasn't my first choice but I did it for my son (who wanted it for rally driving). It will work for alot of the cars I drive in AC as well!! Will probably buy an F1 type later. Got the wheel yesterday...no base. Emailed, of course the base is still coming, now pushed back to Feb sometime.
Potential problem on the horizon as I see it may be the Next Level GT lite cockpit.

Worried the Next Level GT lite may not be sturdy enough for the new wheel and base.
I play AC, ACC and F123.

I used the F-GT Lite with a Fanatec DD1 for several months without issue so I can't imagine your setup being any different.

Had to drill a couple holes in the wheel mounting plate on the gt- lite to accomodate the simagic alpha wheelbase . But its on and seems to be fairly stable. Boy this wheelbase is way...way better than my old logitech.
However...and I knew this would happen, I am thinking of getting a second wheel. I currently have the round wheel but I am seriously jonesing for an F1/GT style wheel. Probably stay in the Simagic ecosystem. Looking at the GT Neo and the FX models. Fx Pro is more than I want to spend.
