Oppo BDP 83 Loading Issue

Anyone with this player encounter problems with the loading tray?

Recently mine is resistant to opening when I turn it on and once open it will stick when closing and I have to push the tray to close it.

Maybe dirt or dust but how would I clean it?

Compressed air, although if you have used it heavily, consider disassembly and check for worn parts. Drop Oppo a note and pose the question. Perhaps there's been similar situations.

I know from reading the improvements made to the new versions, one is a redesgined tray and mechanism.
