My vote as well. Stay within the same brand/model, unless you're able to upgrade all around. My first surround setup was all Klipsch, but I still had timbre matching issues due to the center speaker being from another model line even though it was the same brand.
 
i'm also in the camp that worries that going too far outside what your ear is used to and loves might not seem like an upgrade, at any price. so be sure to carefully audition contenders. and which version of the 20's do you have? i'm sure you know the v5's look totally different (and amazing imo). so maybe just a version change would feel like enough of a treat/upgrade? or how about the Signature series?
