CBS News This Morning, Saturday mornings, always features a new, up-and-coming band; today's was a bit special:

Phox are from Wisconsin, guess they met and formed the band in Jr. High (and I suspect she got her bandmates from the chess club :mrgreen: ). Her voice is something special, and I think she'll be going places. :music-listening:

Me too. If you watch the video on EweTube the band has several videos, I'm going thru them now.
 
Off today and giving this self-titled CD a good listen, I'm really pleased with this CD. Dare I say she reminds me of a young Sade (not the music necessarily but the voice) :shock:
