Receiver up grade worth it

@Zing is correct. Prebuilt ones have a locking mechanism. That said, I built mine completely flat and level deck. No issues so far with traveling. But I also built a cabinet AROUND them. Not because I was worried about that.

@Botch If they can sit on a flat floor without the pedestals, they can sit on anything you'd make to act as a riser.
