MS needs to make a Zune app for iDevices and Zune software for macs.

MS was working on Zune for OSX and iOS and were told when asking for development assistance that there was no way on Earth they would ever be allowed to install on Apple products. Through iOS it would always be blocked from the App Store and on OSX it would be "broken" in every OS update, forcing MS to have to spend a fortune constantly fixing the OSX version.

This is the sort of crap that made me hate Apple.

Apple helped bring to market MP4, then broke the standard by implementing their own proprietary version without any license potential for the community to participate in using.

At least now ALAC is going to be open to the community. New apps, tools, and devices should follow.
