If you haven't viewed the first mini series, Blood and Sand, I highly recommend doing so. I've been looking forward to the second offering since I finished watching the first.

I didn't realize they went ahead with plans for the second season. It was difficult to tell from the videoclips, but I think 'Spartacus' was replaced with another actor? The original guy must not have been healthy enough to work it. Too bad.

That said... I wonder if Season 2 will ease up on the over-the-top nudity?

Bite your tongue. That, and the generous supply of blood were the only things that seperated this series from Gladiator
