Twisted Sister Names

Ya, I heard that. Mike is getting around these days. I think it is cool he helping them pay tribute to A.J.

If they come around here, which I am sure they wont, I will go. Would have been nice to see one of the only bands to make it that long with the original lineup but we are all getting older.

Hell. I cant believe Blackmore is 70.
 
Stay Hungry was an excellent album if you could get past the bubble gum schlocky MTV video nonsense that made them famous. This might be my favorite TS song.

I also really dug Burn in Hell and Captain Howdy. Then Dee made the movie Strangeland and my TS fanboy status only got worse.

Fun Fact!!

Ritchie lives on Long Island, NY a Hamlet named, Mt. Sinai, next to the Hamlet that I grew up in Miller Place. He is often seen in Savino's Hideaway Restaurant where Barb and I had our small wedding reception and went often for dinner.
 
What the hell.......one more Fun Fact:

The Mad Hatter of Stony Brook was a rock club on Long Island that me and my friends went to see Twisted Sister all the time...............This was back in the Rock Club Days, early 1980's.

We used to also go see Blue Oyster Cult who toured the Rock Club scene as Soft White Underbelly................

"The Mother Fucking Fans of Twisted Sister". Is that the name of their fan club?? LOL! I think I remember Dee addressing Congress about censorship (along with Frank Zappa) and that was the anser he gave them when asked about their fan club.
 
The "Sick Mother Fucking Friends of Twisted Sister". Hence the SMF theme and the name of one of their songs.
