Well this isn't right!

Yeah, I saw that the other day when I logged in. It kind of ticks me off. Not that I'd likely ever need the protection of being included in a class action lawsuit against Sony. (Hey, if I didn't need it after this last go around of crap then when will I?) Still... To say you can't as some sort of preemptive measure for their pocketbooks is sort of sad. Would such provisions of the user agreement even be upheld as legal in court? Or is this all just to make the Sony execs feel better?
