I'm frustrated enough with putting a DVD-A or Bluray Audio disk into my Oppo, just to listen to music, and then having to turn my TV monitor on just to navigate to the "Play Disc" option. I put the first disk of this double CD into my Oppo, it spun around a few times, then wouldn't play but displayed "Arc 2" on the Oppo's little window. Repeated pressing of Play, and OK, on my Harmony remote didn't do anything. I hit "Watch a DVD" on the Harmony, the TV came on and showed the CD graphics, info, and started playing the disk, and the Oppo window suddenly showed "CD".
Does anyone know what "Arc 2" means, on the Oppo? Or how to bypass this convoluted process to play a damn CD? Am I going to have to turn on my TV to listen to damn CDs now in the future? Thanks in advance.
WRT the album, it sounds just a tad muddy so far; there's over 2 hours of music to digest so artistic comments later, if at all. I haven't purchased a DT album in quite some time.
Last album before John Bonham died. I guess I am not a die hard fan. I liked the album . Lots of die hards did not. I distinctly remember the album jacket. That swipe on the front was a clue. Swipe with water on the inside and the colours were revealed. I personally think "All of My Love " is a beautiful song. Must have been extremely difficult to write and sing.
