What Instrument Do You Play?

Played trumpet from 4th grade to college. Still occasionally play when I can find the time.

I don't play anything, anymore. So don't count me. Plus I was never any good. But back in high school I played a little guitar. I also played trumpet in marching band, but for guitar I never had any formal training. As such, I relied quite a lot on tablature. Still, it was fun for a kid.

Say... You know that scene in the movie "Wayne's World" where they walk into the music store and Wayne starts playing "Stairway To Heaven", but before he gets very far the store employee points to a sign that says "No Stairway!!!". Yeah, that was me. (The one playing "Stairway".) I also could fake my way through a fairly decent rendition of Extreme's "More Than Words". And, of course, Nirvana was a godsend to those of us who couldn't actually play guitar. Bless those power chords!

Yup B, you are right. You see, I had heard about it and already forgotten. The bass line from AIC's Would is absolutely infectious.
