What's a good TV for the Garage?

I am thinking about getting a small screen for the garage, maybe 32" to 40" depending on the price. What issues may come up in that environment? During the summer the heat in the garage gets to as high as 105 and in the winter maybe down to 40. No water would be getting in, water as in leaks i mean. Would a lcd be better then plasma?

My friend has a 32" Panasonic Plasma, in a Palapa outside here in Deep South Texas. I can not believe that it has not died yet? It is going on 3 yrs in our harsh environment.

Very humid mornings and evenings..............last summer temps in the upper 90's and last winter we had a freeze. He keeps it covered with a cheap nylon cover, which probably doesn't help much.

So I would probably buy the least expensive and expect to replace maybe after 5yrs.

I wait for a friend to "upgrade" their TV and get/buy the old one off of them and use it in the garage. But that is just me.

I know where you can get a 40" Sony you can have for the shipping and handling. Needs a little repair.
