Wireless Headphome recommendations

My cousin is looking at some long extended hospital stays and was looking for a wireless headphone she might wear even when sleeping. This does NOT preclude full size cans. And I would think Bluetooth rather than radio freq wireless.

Any suggestions?

Will the hospital allow that? Many tend to frown upon too many wireless devices in a room, especially on or near the patient. A phone might be okay as long as the patient isn't hold it 100% of the stay, etc.

That said, there are some great one's out there, and I hear the Sony MDR 950 series is very good.

The MDR 950 series is supposed to get 20 hours of battery life and has a corded (non-powered) option. With any wireless headphone I would worry about the battery life, though. What would it be like only getting 4 to 8 hours of use before having to charge it?

hey jacen,

yup, like flint mentioned, depending on the hospital she is staying at, it might be frown upon, and/or not allowed due to the equipment that maybe be monitoring her and/or other people within the immediate vicinity.

other than that, i like my jvc's not bad, and also holds a good charge. i havent had to worry about it slipping off or breaking, since its less than 40 bucks. decent enough for my commute to and from work
