Working to get the room right is seldom easy

Wardsweb

I have been working with a friend who recently moved and his new system room is a nightmare. There are exposed rafters in the ceiling, a huge opening on one side going into an adjacent room that echoes. The other side has openings between columns going into another . We have been testing with acoustic panel placements, hanging shipping blankets. stuffing different material between the rafters and moving furniture. Still a work in progress. This one is not easy, but with the level of his equipment and speakers, it deserves to be heard at its best.

What does he have out of curiosity? Also I'm confident you will be able to help
