So @Botch, I just re-read this and don't know how I missed previously that you were suggesting that I could feed air into that room from the HT area. But then @Flint mentioned you'd want to isolate the sound from the rear of the cone from going into the HT area. So between you two i'm confused...

So I do like the setup for the audio, as it's really just for background music. I bought a Sonos at Xmas time, and that's been a really nice edition; just turn on a keypad, it remembers the last "source" you had selected, so I just plugged the Sonos into one source input and control the queue...

Pauly, So that wall was existing, and near the floor is a large air return vent right incorporated into that wall. I did scale that "jog" down a little, and pushed that mechanical room wall adjacent to the screen about 3-4 inches closer to the HVAC, but i couldn't move it further than that...
