I stopped setting absolute levels to a 75dB reference some time ago - I don't give a rat's ass shit what volume the director of the picture heard his movie at. :laughing-rolling: About the only thing I use a SPL meter for is to balance the fronts with the surrounds. The balancing of the fronts / subs with the active crossovers is all done with TrueRTA.

That's all I use mine for as well. I typically use 70dB because it's straight up on the meter and it's fairly close to the volume I listen to the movies at.
