IEM (In Ear Monitor)

If you select IEMs with over the ear configuration (less microphonics) and a chin cinch, which most OTEs have, they will not come out.

The Audio Technics ATM CK10 is very small and fits inside the ear.

So the Yurbuds were a great find for me.
