Last resort

Love the dog especially last week when he had to make sure the hacker wasn't using their computer. To take the dog off guard duty the hacker had to put the phone on speaker and be spoken to in French. Pure genius.

I don't think it was French but Dutch which Reese explained in the first episode was the language that particular breed was trained with.

In one of the episodes the dog responded to French (so I thought).
It is a Belgium Malinois originating in Belgium where Dutch is the common language of 60% of the population. Used extensively for security purpose, including on the White House grounds, Dutch is considered the first language of choice for training with German second.

From the link

"Fusco ends up kidnapped by Aryan brotherhood members along with Tao, so Reese tracks the gang down and kicks their ass with the help of a Belgian Milionis dog that he knew how to command since it was military trained using Dutch commands by guys he knew in Tikrit. When he’s done, he decides to take the dog with him."
