We were watching the 'Dukes of September'. I was fairly certain you would nail it! One of my DF favorites! I gain more respect for him every time I watch him preform. What an incredible & unique talent he is.

Hint: It's the last track on her best album (sales and critical acclaim). With guest vocals by Cheech and Chong. And she needed braces.
 
Sounds like Joni Mitchell but have no Idea of the song not a fan. The teeth gave it away.
