I mean why wont they sell to us anymore when we are the legitimate customers and the victim of the crime?

Most businesses want to stay as far from controversy as possible and often avoid doing business with people who have crazy stories as these days it is extremely common for crazy stories to be scams. That isn't to say they think you are scamming them, but they probably want to play it safe rather than risk everything. It sucks - scammers are making life for all of us harder and we pretty much no longer trust anyone new who calls us or emails us. I hate how jaded we have become.

We sent them proof of our telegraphic transfer payment. We were only asking for a letter of credit instead because it is safer.
