Small LCDs for TV and computer display advice

I'm looking for a 19-23" LCD TV that I can use for my laptop and for TV. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations or first hand experience with a TV that fits my description. Price isn't a really big deal. Just looking for something nice and in that size range. I don't know if the small TVs come with built in antenna but that would be nice to have if that's an option.

Thanks guys!

EDIT: Would I be better off buying a computer monitor in terms of cost? I like the idea of being able to pull in free OTC channels but I don't think I'd ever have the TV hooked up to a satelite box.

That's a good deal. One thing I forgot to realize was the computer monitors don't come with speakers. I've been busy lately but I plan on going and checking out the Samsung in my original post. Full HD + speakers = happy me lol

I checked out this model over on AVS and people have had nothing but good things to say about it.

I have two 23" 1080p lcds for my computers, one by acer (which I think is the better one), one by asus (with hdmi). They have speakers built in, they're just in the back so the sq is crap, but it's fine for windows sounds and youtube. I paid ~$160 for each of them, and I find it a comfortably large size for computer use.

Links to said 1080p LCDs?

PQ on the acer is very good, I use it for photography editing (and it's been color calibrated). Asus seems pretty good too. Either one would be just fine for movies/games, as they're full 1080p resolution.
