Probably alone with this one, but just watched it again.....nothing.....NOTHING like SLAYER in 5.1!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek:bscene-birdiedoublered:

I have it too :music-rockout: :music-rockout:

The Big 4 bluray that came out last month is pretty cool too.

Thanks for heads up on metal BluRay. Will look for a copy. I use War At The Warfield on the treadmill whenever I want to run some particularly brutal angry intervals.

Semi related... I switched to these strings on my BC Rich so I can run drop tuning without floppy strings that I manage to break constantly as a result. These bad boys are super thick and strong and feel tensioned even when set up for drop tuning. Highly recommended for chunky heavy death riffs. They also stay in tune due I think to heavier solid core construction.

Just watched The Big 4, liked it a lot...EXCEPT for Lars Ulrichs drumming, he is just AWFUL. :handgestures-thumbdown:

Also I wonder why Lombardo was the only member from Slayer in the end??

Yes, Lars is way off nowadays. I think Metallica tried to play their songs faster than normal for this concert and Lars failed to keep up with the other guys.

Only Lombardo did the Am I Evil with all the bands but you can Araya and Hanneman on stage after the song when all the members of all the bands hug each other

Have yet to see War at the Warfield, but my brother has the Big 4 DVD and it is super cool.
